What is the Boulder Running Experience in a nutshell?
The Boulder Running Experience is a 4 day / 3 night trip in Boulder, Colorado. We will run every single day, host fun mini seminars about run training and racing and eat incredible meals all while exploring the Boulder area, one of the America's most popular running areas.
When is it?
The experience kicks off April 4 through April 7

Day 2: Saturday

8:30am: Threshold Training Session: 5 minute intervals + short hill sprints in Boulder

10:00am - 3:00pm: Lunch. Exploring Boulder, Pearl Street & Lakes

4:00pm: Educational Seminar: Speed Work

Day 3: Sunday

8:30am: Easy Long Run around Boulder Trails - All durations/distances will be organized

11:30am - 2:00pm: Lunch. Easy hike at the Rocky Mountains (not strenuous)

5:30pm: Educational Seminar: The 1%'ers That Add Up - Strength Work, Diet, etc.
